Pauline is a Cree elder from the Red Pheasant First Nation in Saskatchewan, Canada who has raised her family along with her husband Douglas Standing Rock (Chippewa Cree Elder/Ceremonial Leader) on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation for the last 50+ years and is a retired Head Start Teacher with over 30 years of experience with Early Childhood Education. Pauline is a firm believer in the Chippewa Cree ways of life and supports and participates in the ceremonies, traditions and culture.
